The key card provided at check-in allows you to:

AMENITIES & SERVICES 🏡

  • Kitchen 🍽️: You’ll find cookware and utensils in the kitchen cabinets. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby!

  • Parking 🚗: Underground parking is available in the building. Prices and availability must be checked on-site.

  • Laundry 👕: The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room.

  • Air Conditioning ❄️: There are two remotes, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, allowing you to adjust the temperature individually.

  • Waste Disposal 🗑️: You can leave your trash outside the door during the following hours:

    • Morning: 08:00 - 08:30

    • Evening: 18:00 - 18:30

 

 

CHECK-OUT ⏰

🕙 Check-out time: by 10:00 AM. Please leave the key card on the living room table before departure.

HOUSE RULES 🚫

❌ No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed inside the property.
✅ Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
🚷 No additional guests are allowed.
⚠️ If anything gets damaged, please inform me immediately.
